HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our senior hurling team on their recent success. There was tough competition on Thursday from our rival team Scoil Iosagáin, but after a hard match, we brought back the cup!! It is our first win for the A team in the Doplhin Cup. Odhran D'Arcy was first to raise the cup and spoke very well on behalf of the team. Oisín O'Leary Deane was man of the match for his brilliant performance in defence and Tuan Birdy Hendrick scored the winning point. Aoibheann Wakefield Drohanand Hannah McCannboth both displayed courageous performances on the day. Well done to everyone involved and a big THANK YOU to Claire and Paddy for all of their time and hard work! >>>

We will be having our sports day this Thursday in Kevin's Field. We can't wait!! As always make sure your child is dressed appropriately. The children should wear a t-shirt, shorts (or tracksuit), and runners please. They will need a healthy lunch and a large bottle of water. All children are to be dropped off at the field between 8.50am and 9.00am please. They will also need to be collected directly from the field as well (Infants - 1st class at 1.30pm and 2nd- 6th Class at 2.30pm). Any child for whom we have an up to date 'Permission to Walk Home Alone' slip can leave by themselves at 2.30pm. Parents are welcome to join us for the medal ceremonies if they wish (1pm and 2pm). Hopefully the sun will shine (so don’t forget to put sun cream on your child!) Kevin’s Field is located at the bottom of the Crumlin Road, between Dolphin’s Barn Bridge and Loreto College (on the left hand side if travelling from town). There is adequate parking for everybody at the field. There will be no Kids Club that day. >>>
